Serving Guidelines

Introduce gradually.

Suggested use once per day:
Less than 30 lbs = 1/2 tsp
31 to 80 lbs = 1 tsp
More than 81 lbs = 1 1/2 tsp

**NOTES

• Use for seven to fourteen days and then take a break.
• Store in a cool dry place away from humidity, heat, and direct light
• 1 teaspoon = 1200mg of ground milk thistle seeds which is approximately 2% silymarin
• 1200mg = approximately 24mg silymarin
• This product is not a concentrated formula, it is 100% ground milk thistle seeds.
