Refund policy

    • Phone Consultation rebooking and cancellation policy is as follows. 

      • This service is not refundable. 

      • If you need to rebook, you must supply at least 48 hours notice.

      • No shows will need to rebook at their own expense.


    • All refunds are subject to credit card processing fees where applicable (2-3% per ;transaction, depending upon payment method).

    • Only store credit will be issued on orders paid by E-Transfer. WC will not refund via emt. 
    • Delivery fees are non-refundable. Exchanges via Delivery will incur additional delivery fees.
    • Unopened products may be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase with receipts, or valid proof of purchase (such as a customer account and order number).
    • Services are non refundable, but may be rescheduled with minimum 24 hours notice.
    • FROZEN ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE (not refundable or exchangeable). If you have a concern about the quality of any product, please contact us with the details. We will work with the manufacturer on a resolution.
  • Unused Harnesses and Leashes may be retuned as long as the tag is still attached.
