Phone Consultation rebooking and cancellation policy is as follows.

This service is not refundable.

If you need to rebook, you must supply at least 48 hours notice.

No shows will need to rebook at their own expense.

- All refunds are subject to credit card processing fees where applicable (2-3% per ;transaction, depending upon payment method).
- Only store credit will be issued on orders paid by E-Transfer. WC will not refund via emt.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable. Exchanges via Delivery will incur additional delivery fees.
- Unopened products may be returned to the store within 30 days of purchase with receipts, or valid proof of purchase (such as a customer account and order number).
- Services are non refundable, but may be rescheduled with minimum 24 hours notice.
- FROZEN ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE (not refundable or exchangeable). If you have a concern about the quality of any product, please contact us with the details. We will work with the manufacturer on a resolution.
- Unused Harnesses and Leashes may be retuned as long as the tag is still attached.
