We offer $12 Local Toronto Delivery to the following postal codes:
M6M, M6B, M5N, M5J, M5E, M5C, M4X, M5A, M4S, M4P, M4R, M4G, M4H, M4K, M4M, M4L, M4E, M4C, M4J, M3C, M9A, M8Z, M8V.
How do I place an order for local delivery?
If your postal code is within our local delivery area, you'll be able to choose the Local Delivery option at checkout. Delivery orders can only be made through the online store. Staff are not able to process delivery orders at the shop.
When are local delivery days?
We deliver Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, except in the event of a statutory holiday or extreme weather event. You'll receive a text and email notification with a tracking number when your order is on its way. Orders leave the store between 1:30 and 3:00 p.m. and must be placed by 12:30 p.m.
Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we ship across Canada via various couriers.
We do not ship any frozen products, perishable food items, or oversized items (e.g., beds). If your order contains any of these products, you will only be able to choose Local Delivery or Pick Up at checkout.
We cannot ship to PO boxes.
What about Click & Collect?
We offer pick up during our regular business hours.
If ordering online, please choose Pick Up at checkout. If ordering over the phone, you can pay when you pick up or via credit card over the phone.
Orders will be ready at the store within 30 minutes or 30 minutes after opening.
