Lamb is a great alternative protein source for dogs with allergies and sensitivities, and is often a favourite with picky eaters. It's a rich source of iron, B vitamins, zinc, and phosphorus, all of which are important for supporting skin and coat, bone, brain, and muscle health. Because of its higher fat content, it should be fed in moderation. Complete when fed in rotation with poultry and fish, it's available in 1/4 lb portions to make it easy to rotate proteins and feed smaller dogs.
