If you don't see any times on the Scent den calendar, that unfortunately means there are no slots available for that week. Right now, the Scent Den is a bit busier than normal, so you may need to scroll for a bit to find an available time.

Only one dog is allowed in the Scent Den per session. This is to allow your dog the freedom to explore uninterrupted and without distractions. Making choices for themselves and solving problems is key to the Scent Den experience, helping your dog build confidence and fully engage with their environment. There is no way to pay extra in order to bring a second dog.

Scent plays a vital role in the purpose of the Scent Den. When you arrive wearing scented products or smelling heavily of cigarettes, vapes, or marijuana, it interferes with the purposeful, curated smells of the Den, interrupting your dog's experience and the experience of the dogs that come after, as those smells linger long after you leave. Apart from that, strong scents are an irritant for humans too! We have staff members whose migraines are triggered by strongly scented products, and strong lingering smells are disruptive for guests who come after you.

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. To reschedule, please email us fromthe contact page. Be advised that staff members do not have the ability to reschedule appointments: this can only be done through email communication.

We're happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements your dog may have! We ask that you email or call us at least 48 hours before your session to let us know. Unless asked otherwise, we generally use a mix of lamb, beef, pork, and fish in the Den. If your dog can only have specific treats that we can't provide (e.g., if they're eating a hydrolyzed protein diet), you're welcome to bring your own treats. In this case, you STILL must inform us two days prior, and you will need to arrive 10 minutes before your session to allow us time to hide them for your dog. Failure to arrive early will shorten your session. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that no trace of an allergen will be present in the Scent Den. If your dog's allergies are severe or if they're currently undergoing an elimination trial, it may not be a safe place for them to visit.

Only two humans are allowed in the Scent Den during a session. Not only is the space itself relatively small, but more people means more distractions and disruptions for your dog! Make sure when you arrive, you arrive at the same time so your dog doesn’t get interrupted while exploring the space.

Because the Scent Den is generally booked with several sessions in a day, we’re unable to allow extra time if you’re late. Regardless of when you actually arrive, your session will end 50 minutes after the time you originally booked for.
